FAQ:

Q: What do you sell?

A: We sell websites, mobile applications, and custom software solutions. Occasionally we'll sell creative or market research, analytics and support.

Q: Why the commission structure?

A: We aren't willing at this time to give sales associates a straight salary. We are willing to offset costs of living to work with us as a draw against commissions. If a sales person is good enough then commissions offer a much higher rate of return on your time than a salary. That being said, we are open to structures that will be presented as options to the right candidate.

Q: What is your closing rate?

A: Very high. Our method of consultancy selling plus relationship building and lead generation has put us in an enviable position. We'd disclose it but that's not a prudent business decision.

Q: What is your average sale?

A: See above.

Q: Why do you need a sales person?

A: The CEO has extensive sales experience, both "on the street" as well as training successful sales people.  The CTO also works as part of the sales organization. In order for us to grow as planned, we need to bring in other team members to accomplish our goals. So you'd be joining a team that has sold and done so successfully. We're looking for "one of us."
